Save yourself, it’s too late for me.

Poor quality and lots of issues for a new building which is immensely disappointing.

During possession, there was urine stains on my toilet seat and also on the bathroom floor.

Communication for servicing is terrible, with requests being addressed 6+ months from when they are reported. They also only schedule people to fix during office hours - so on top of this delay, good luck having the issues fixed if you also work during office hours.

They also missed service calls where I took work off to give them access and they never showed with no notice or communication, so I missed two days of work. And why would I trust them to give my apartment keys to them?

Would never recommend this company to anyone ever. If you see this company as your GC, do yourself a favour and run away.

I got into a really unsettling altercation with one of their male traffic flaggers at one of their locations this morning. Since I frequently drive and walk by this location because I live nearby, I made the decision to let their corporate office know about the recent incident so that it wouldn't happen again. The woman and I had a great talk on the phone. She expressed her regret and compassion while also promising to immediately call the site manager and have him get in touch with me. In less than 30 minutes, he called me. He assured me that the problem is currently being handled by his safety officer and will be handled by them. He was quite sympathetic and apologetic during the entire exchange. He made me feel so much better, and I feel confident that I won’t experience this again. Honestly, what a great business and I sincerely appreciate everything you did to help me today.

If you looking to purchase a condo in Vancouver built by ITC I implore you to stay clear. I moved into my unit at 1289 Hornby and shocked at how many issues there are with the building in general and my unit.

Trades and finishings absolutely horrible and trying to work with their customer support and aftercare team is a difficult- there are defects that have not been addressed after I have lived here more thank two years.

Again please stay away from product where this company is the GC.

Huge overhead from all of their staff. Still manage to run sites very poorly despite "quality control" and many meetings.

I had the worst experience in picking up my keys at a newly built condo today. I am beyond disappointed at the level of service and quality of care ITC provided.
1. My parking stall does not have the EV charger I paid for.
2. No one from ITC knows where my storage is.
When asked this question, Tommy had no idea what he was talking about and just tried to answer the questions without actually knowing what he was talking about. I asked him "Do you know what you are talking about?", he answered " No."
3. No one from ITC knows how to do their job. e.g. in the email I received last night, the phone number at the bottom is incorrect. When I called the number to get into the building, I got yelled at by the person because he was sick of getting phone calls from people who are trying to get into the building to get the keys. He was yelling at me for doing a prank or jokes on him.
4. The key receipt form contains confusing contents. Whoever created the document has poor understanding of how to do their job.
5. I received keys for a wrong unit and I noticed that the number on the envelope was incorrect. Who knows where my keys for my unit were at. It took a long time for ITC people to bring the right keys. How do I know it was already not copied by someone else!?!?
6. After the key pickup, ITC staff is supposed to give us the tour and show where our parking stall or storage is. They refused to provide the service.
7. The unit was still not repaired and NOT ready at all to have someone to move in with all the deficiencies.
8. Overall, it was hugely disorganized and the whole thing was run by incompetent people.
9. I got the key pick up notice to book the appointment at 8pm on the night before and it was only available during the workhours.
10. Lastly, I was seriously dumbfounded to see their keyholder move-in gift. It is written with the name of the condo. That means if I lose it or if someone steals my fob to the building, the thieves will know exactly which building to go to break in. What were they thinking!! How did this company get awarded with "Best Well-Managed Company" award!!

Very unprofessional and disorganized. Extremely low quality workmenship along with aggressive customer representatives. Very disappointing... They were the GC of the building where I recently purchased a condo. The finishes of my unit were beyond bad. They had to redo basically everything in the condo after I moved in. So basically we had to endure a reno of a brand new condo. They do a lot of patch work; I hired a professional to see my unit, and he was laughing at the way they tried to fix some issues. Dealing with their customer service representatives is a joke. They even broke into my unit while I was living in it, without my permission. Save yourself the nightmare and stay away.

Super unprofessional. They even don’t deserve a star at all. Cannot provide service on time and you will only get feedback ‘we cannot control contractors’. A tiny problem cannot be fixed over TWO MONTHS. The wrost company and staff ever!
