I recently worked with Jeremy in a partnership on a new construction project in Nanaimo. If you’re looking for a contractor on Vancouver Island that has mastered his craft then Jeremy and his crew are the ones for the job. Not only did I enjoy working with Island Kiwi Construction but they provided me with peace of mind knowing the work would get done right the first time. Couldn’t be happier!

Jeremy and Karl are great general contractors. They worked on our fixer-upper house in Coombs, BC, fitting a fab new sliding door out to our patio, installing a brand new bathroom, and they did a wonderful job installing Hardie Plank siding and trim to the whole house. We couldn't be happier with the finished look.

They were respectful and super nice guys, listened to our needs and worked closely with us to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend Jeremy and Karl to anyone needing a general contractor on Vancouver Island.

Jeremy was great to work with and helped us get our (long-planned!) kitchen and bathroom renovations done! We have hired several tradesman and renovators over the years to help us update our home but Jeremy was the best by far.

Island Kiwi Construction is a professional team of guys who work hard and pay attention to detail. I appreciated how they started promptly each day and tackled the project with energy. They were focussed, careful, and thorough. Each day, the site was cleaned up and left ready for us to live in again. I loved their solution focussed approach which completely changes a renovation project. If an issue was encountered, they brought it to me with suggestions on how to resolve it. As an interior designer and project manager, I have worked with many contractors/trades and this really sets them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to my clients and will use them again myself for future projects.

Jeremy did drywalls for a few rooms in our house, framed then installed a door, and added insulation and drywall to a workshop. We are very happy with his work and he communicated progress and scheduling very clearly. It was also great to have clear quote so we knew what work would be done and the cost.

I highly recommend Kiwi Construction. Amongst other work they laid out new floor, happy to offer advice and suggestions and creative is solving problems. Excellent results and we couldn’t be happier.
