We had a potentially dangerous situation with flickering lights followed by a brown out. Shawn came right away to make sure we were safe. He and his crew then identified the problem and worked with hydro to fix it.

We subsequently had them upgrade our panel to 200 amps and put in an EV charger. It was a good price, on time and the tidiest crew I have ever had in my house. Thanks Tyler!

I had all the plug ins in my bedroom quit suddenly on me and I did not realize, but they were on a separate breaker that was not marked plug ins. I called Island Electric on the advice of Service Excell and the wonderful gentleman I spoke with figured that out and got me working again at no charge. I am so relieved and thankful! I will recommend them every chance I get! Thanks very much!

this company really does care about customer service.

in summer2021 , I had panel upgrade and generator panel installed. these guys were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. however the generator portion was never tested.

this week we had reason to use generator panel but it didn't work.

I messaged island electric. within a day they sent a technician Tyler over. who diagnosed the issue on the plug within 5 mins and had it fixed.

no charge, no push back . they showed up 3.5yrs later to run the callback. very few companies do this. As a service plumber who prides himself for working for a customer first based company , I know how rare this is. I could not of been more impressed.

these guys back up there work, long past most companies and their customer service is top notch.
