Outstanding Kitchen Renovation Experience

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Instile Design Build, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with professionalism, care, and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship.

Brad, our contractor from Instile, was the backbone of this entire project. His attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to doing things right gave us complete confidence from day one. Brad kept the project running smoothly, on schedule, and always made sure we understood what was happening at each stage. His expertise and problem-solving ability were truly impressive.

A special thanks also goes to Chris, who worked alongside Brad throughout the renovation. Chris was hardworking, respectful, and brought a great energy to the project. Together, they made a fantastic team and treated our home with care every step of the way.

The cabinetry, provided by Ottawa Valley Kitchens, is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship and finish are top-notch—solid, stylish, and designed with both beauty and functionality in mind. Every drawer and door fits perfectly, and the layout has transformed how we use the space.

Our gorgeous quartz countertops and backsplash came from TNT Tile and Marble, and they truly complete the kitchen. The material is luxurious, the seams are practically invisible, and the installation was flawless. It’s the perfect finishing touch that ties the whole space together.

Overall, working with Instile Design Build was one of the best decisions we’ve made. They delivered a kitchen that not only meets but exceeds our expectations in every way. It’s now the heart of our home—a place that’s as functional as it is beautiful!

Instile Design Build renovated our kitchen, main bathroom, powder room, laundry room, and foyer, and then returned a year later to renovate our master bathroom.

We had a fantastic experience with Brad and his team. From day one and all through the renovations, Brad was highly responsive, very organized, and kept the job on schedule. He took the time to answer all of our questions, shared his opinions and vast expertise, and made great recommendations (heated bathroom floors!). He provided us with detailed quotes and invoices for us to review at each stage of the job, and he worked with us to find ways to cut costs by completing some of the work ourselves. He also gave us fantastic recommendations for cabinet (Ottawa Valley Kitchens), quartz (TNT Granite), and tile (Saltillo Tile & Stone) providers.

Both Brad and his team were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and they performed top-quality work, with great attention to detail. The team was consistently punctual and reliable, and they completed our renovations on time and with high quality. Brad scheduled all other trade work (plumbing, electrical, shower glass, etc.) efficiently and effectively, to the point where they responded within hours and we never had to wait long for the work to be completed.

We are thrilled with all of our renovations, and we will definitely go with Brad and his team for any future renovations. We highly recommend Instile Design Build!

Brad and his crew at Instile Design and Build were great. They worked efficiently to get our big project done on schedule. We went from a small kitchen in a disjointed space to a large kitchen in a beautifully flowing open main floor. We were told 6-8 weeks and were using our new kitchen after 7 weeks. Instile uses a very detailed pricing approach so you know what you are getting and what you are paying for without any surprises. We adore our engineered hickory flooring from Logs End and our quartz countertops from TNT Granite. Our cabinetry from Ottawa Valley Kitchens is beautiful and was installed with expert detail and craftsmanship. Our backsplash from Saltillo was meticulously installed by Brad himself. The team from Faulkner Electric are as professional as it gets. Brad, Rolf and Chris have loads of experience and were very helpful throughout the whole renovation. We love our new main floor and recommend Instile Design & Build wholeheartedly!

We used Brad's Instile Design for renovating some part of Kitchen, Main Entrance and Powder room. The last 2 were completely changed. In both these rooms we put in a accent wall tile in addition to changing the tiles. In kitchen we changed the Island, moved to open concept hood fan and back splash. Brad brought in specialist like plumber, electrician, cabinet experts in addition to his own expertise. What we liked most about Brad was that he was involved with us throughput the design phase, providing useful suggestions and helping with picking the right tiles, vanity, island etc. He did get involved with us in the whole process. The work was done fast and we did not have to wait for renovation to complete. The whole place looks fabulous. We are planning more renovations next year with Brad. I highly recommend Brad and Instile design for any renovation work.

In the midst of a pandemic, InStile just finished a beautiful kitchen renovation and basement bathroom install on time and on budget! The removal of the old kitchen and the preparation of the site for the new one went without a hitch, all the electrical and plumbing work was first class and Brad’s tile backsplash install looks great.
Their recommendation of Ottawa Valley Kitchens and TnT Tile and Marble, were great choices.
The bathroom downstairs was done quickly and efficiently, starting from the builder’s rough in and ending up with a very practical ½ bath including a barn door to access the storage area behind it.
We could not be happier with the end result and the professionalism of Brad, his crew and his contractors in InStile.
