I was referred to Duane and his team via Pacific Homes to adapt house plans that I sourced from Poland. Duane and his team understood our vision and worked quickly and diligently to adapt the plans meet BC Building Code and municipal requirements. Duane and his team at Innovate were nothing short of superb. Their high focus on detail and ability to navigate the wants and needs of our clients while maintaining “build-ability” was such a blessing for our project. Our clients were building a large, custom home from abroad and it would have been extremely difficult to achieve such an amazing design if they did not have the systems and follows ups in place to execute.

I am so grateful for the experience we had, and will definitely be using them again and will be referring to my friends, family and colleagues in the industry.

We selected Villamar for the design of our new home because of their reputation and because we liked the previous work they have done. They took the time to discuss what we were looking for, the styles we liked and factored that with the challenges of the building site. We are in the finishing stages and the design is working out amazingly well and takes every advantage of the light, the site, and the views. During the build process, Duane was always available to answer questions or concerns regarding the design or design choices we were considering.
