Highly Recommended: Jon Ingram of Ingram Renovations

We cannot say enough great things about Jon Ingram of Ingram Renovations. Jon recently completed a major project for us, transforming our basement suite and insulating and wiring our small garage—and the results exceeded our expectations.

The project included cutting an outside entrance in a concrete wall, installing a brand-new kitchen, and handling all the plumbing, wiring, gyroc (and all that goes with that) and even some of the painting. Jon is and was professional, detail-oriented, and efficient throughout the entire process. He also went above and beyond, taking care of additional tasks that came up, like finding and matching doors for the rest of the basement to ensure a cohesive look.

One of the things we appreciated most about Jon was his excellent communication. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Whenever contractors were on-site, Jon was there to oversee the work and ensure everything went smoothly. If any issues arose, he dealt with them promptly and professionally, saving us a lot of stress.

Jon’s craftsmanship, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile set him apart. If you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled for your renovation project, we highly recommend Jon Ingram and Ingram Renovations. You won’t be disappointed!

5 stars doesn't say enough for the professionalism and quality of workmanship I experienced with Ingram renovations. After a garage fire, I needed a new garage. I was given an excellent detailed quote that insurance approved right away. Jon thoroughly explained and took the time to answer any questions all throughout this project. From the demolition and removal/clean up to the final completion day Jon went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed as quick as possible. For example, the day concrete was to be poured for the driveway there was rain predicted so Jon went faaar out of his way (over his weekend off) to get the crews a day early and the job done a day ahead of the rain.
Overall, Jon made this project low stress and a great experience. Ingram renovations will always be who I call for any future home building or repairs.

We had Jon do a complete renovation on our home. From start to finish he was professional, communicated frequently with us, but one of the biggest things was he was fair with his price. Upon signing our contract with Ingram Renovations, Jon stayed true to everything we agreed on from price to timeline. Jon was happy to make suggestions to give us some ideas as to what would work well but was never pushy, we always were the ones making the decisions. Jon is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. To date he has done 2 different renovations for us. The first was the complete development of a legal secondary suite including an outdoor staircase and completely separating the suite from the main house. From the first time we met him we felt we could trust him with the development of my basement into a secondary suite. The suite is beautiful and after over a year we have had no issues. The second renovation was opening a wall and finishing a staircase with flooring, paint etc. Again no complaints, looks and works great.
