We built our home with Iacobelli this past year, during covid. There were many delays, but we were kept up to date with any changes, and they did their absolute best to get us in the house as quickly as possible.
The entire crew, and sub trades are amazing. They are very helpful, super polite, and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
We ended up with a quality, well built home. We still say "hi" to the crew as they work away on the other houses on our street!

Built a new home for us in 2008. They used sub standard plumbers to install the plumbing ( I am sure to save money) had a number of issues with the plumbing. Had to pay a good plumber to repair. Brick work on outside of fireplace was not done properly. Some of the closet doors where not hung. Place was turned over to us not cleaned up inside. Our house is in Petrolia and it was like he was too busy at other builds to really care what was going on at our house. Would NOT recommend this builder

Iacobelli Homes makes really nice homes. They're up to the latest trends and use quality products.
Just to correct or update comment below Plumbing is where the plumbing is picked and installed with Plympton Plumbing. Iacobellihomes uses quality products. As for countertops quartz countertop or Granite. Lighting generally from Twin bridge lighting. Iacobelli home is a proudly owned home. That's my opinion.
