My elderly aunt’s furnace gave out this week at subzero temperatures. Adam and team came in and repaired it quoting the work at a few hundred dollars for parts and labour - they had the furnace working in a few hours. Aunt’s words: it is working perfectly and the house is warm again. Other companies wanted to replace the furnace for a few thousand dollars, stating it was old and irreparably broken. I was happy to pay for Hymark’s service and asked for the invoice. I am blown away by the great service and generosity of this magnitude - they are a true Christmas miracle. 5++ stars

The guys at Hymark have saved me twice now. They came over within the day during the cold snap after my old furnace broke, stayed until 10pm to make sure I had heat.

They also came after a drain blockage and were able to fix the issue. The techs are good dudes and the owner is incredibly responsive.

Adam and Alex with Hymark Refrigeration installed our AC unit this spring. They were fantastic to deal with from providing a quote to installation and after installation. I highly recommend their services. When my unit had a leak in it a month later they were very responsive and provided an immediate fix. Amazing customer service! Furnace went down early sunday morning and I called them at 7:30am on a long weekend, they answered and showed up at my door an hour later. I booked an appointment for the next business day and they told me they would be there at 9am. They phoned the morning of the appointment at 8:30 on the nose and they were at my door by 5 minutes to 9am. They were fast and efficient and had the work complete in half a day (much faster than I thought it would be). All the staff was polite, friendly and approachable, all of my questions and concerns were answered. I also thought the price was extremely fair. I was extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship and their attention to detail. All round I give them two thumbs up. I would have given 6 stars if I could!

I wish I could give this team 10 stars. They came through for us when it was -40C outside. Our furnace had quit. We woke up to a cold house. They came within an hour of us calling. Had our problem figured out, told us how to fix it. And even got the furnace running temporarily until we decided what we were going to do.
When the furnace had quit again during the day, they came back later that night to try to get us through the night. (After Hours Call)
We immediately decided to get them to do the repair. They took care of it the very next day. Every thing was all fixed up and running better than ever before within 24 hours of the first contact with them.
While we knew we didn't have a choice but to pay whatever they charged us, we went ahead with every suggestion they had for us. About a week later they sent us a bill and we were SHOCKED at how fair priced they were. I was expecting the worst and was SO pleasantly surprised by what they charged us. So incredibly surprised. I hope to see this team being successful so far into the future. We will use this team in the future and recommend them to anyone that ever asks for HVAC service or installation.
