Absolute nightmare buying our house from Huron Creek Development at the Elmvale Village subdivision. Since, we moved in March of 2023, we have had nothing but major structural and cosmetic issues with our house. It’s very clear that they hired the cheapest trades work with subpar quality materials. The day we closed our home, it was presented to us in the roughest condition imaginable. Tiles and entrance steps were done lop sided and sidings of our home have come apart multiple times. Our eaves tough have visually separated since we moved in. Our downspout just fell apart from the house. Our laminate Floors are ridiculously squeeky throughout the main floor. Heck, even a broken door knob. Each time they attempt to fix it, there’s seems to be a patch up with new issues arising as each month goes by. It’s so terrifying that this has been our new home experience and worried of other issues we will have. To know we spent soo much money on this house and to get something like this is very disheartening and criminal. Attached are picture for everyone reference for the incompetency in the construction of our house. At this time, Its a process to go through Tarion to rectify this situation. Please consider your options before purchasing your house from this builder in our subdivision.

Worst experience ever, i have issues since i bought this house and has not been fixed till now. Moreover, they have marked it complete without even addressing those issues even once. Pathetic

Rented a town house
They told us we could give him 3 weeks notice but if they did get someone that we would have to pay.
Then I received a call 6 months later from collection agency saying I owed money to Huron Creek development.
Was never called or emailed letting me know that they I owed the last months rent
They just sent it off to collections.
I told collection agency that I've never been in contact and that they have my # and email and NEVER contacted me about it
So told them I will pay it but want this taking off my credit.
I took me almost almost a year to wipe this off my credit report.
Also took them 3 days to come out about a gas leak until I said I was going to call the fire department then they had someone come out and sure enough there was a small gas leak I Don t know why they didn t take it seriously its not hard to smell nature gas😒
My opinion about Huron Creek development is they are slumlords
