Having lived in many new build homes, Honeyfield truly shines! Our new home is a solid build, and much attention has been given to the finishing touches.
To top it off, the team at Honeyfield is fantastic! The moment we walked into the sales office, Chris Ross was professional and welcoming in helping us with our deal. Communication thereafter was quick, clear and concise.
Colette is an absolute gem. Any issues were immediately rectified, and she never once made us feel like any of our concerns were bothersome or minute. She is a definite asset to this team.

This is my first time purchasing a home from Honeyfield, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. As a new build, there have been only minor issues—especially when compared to challenges I’ve faced with previous builders. Darren, the Warranty Coordinator, has been exceptional to work with—always professional and responsive. Additionally, their contractor, Mehdi, has gone above and beyond to address any concerns promptly and with a high level of professionalism.

Do not, I repeat do not purchase a property from this builder. Don’t get me wrong the team is amazing, very friendly and try to be helpful but as soon as Tarion is up they do a complete 180. Collette is very nice and professional as is Rino so no complaints about the sales staff. The contractors they employ on the other hand are sub par and the material they use is cheap. You’ll have plumbing issues early in, slipped floorboards, broken tiles, cracked baseboard that will come loose from the walls, cheap and broken hardware, cracks and creeks throughout the house, broken stair trims, uneven floors, uneven walls, you name it. I have photo evidence of everything I am stating with little to no resolve. Not to mention your finishes will be incorrect and poorly done. I was told not to purchase a house in Covid but against I better judgement I did and now am having to deal with an expensive mistake. I’ve purchase new build from Summerlyn, Mattamy and Paradise developments and each home has been amazing. This property on the other hand is a bust. If you have further questions feel free to reach out, I’d be happy to discuss. I spent over $900,000 of my hard earned (an borrowed) money of this home and I am very dissatisfied. Don’t be fooled by the other 5 star review, I’m sure none of them have purchased or have lived in a home from this builder, they look like bot accounts attempting to increase their reviews. The others are this who have possibly met with or worked with them so they are hardly in a position to review their workmanship and quality of home production.

This is my 2nd week at Honeyfield homes, house was hing sold in fall 2023 and it wasn't occupied till 2 wks ago,I found minor repairs so I called Darrin. the super who gladly sent me Mehdi to fix the m.inor issues(although this is a yr and half after completion the house looks great and my wife and daughter enjoys it).

I recently had the pleasure of working with Colette and I must say, her email responsiveness and overall service was outstanding! From the moment she reached out to address what was on my 30 day list of my Tarion warranty. I was impressed by how quickly she replied and got the workers to come to my new home to fix what was on the 30 day list.
Every email was met with detailed responses, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. Colette took the time to address all my concerns by getting workers to come to the house quickly. She also was very flexible with our busy schedule and rescheduled with no hesitation. I advised her that I did not put something on the 30 day list because I only noticed after and she immediately responded with a date and time to get it fixed even though I did not put it on the list.
