As nervous first-time home buyers, Andy supported us every step of the way. He was never bothered by any of our many questions and was always willing to jump on a call or meet in person to make sure we knew the ins and out of the home buying process from beginning to end.

He went above and beyond coordinating with the selling agents, our lawyer and mortgage broker to ensure all of our needs were met. He never pushed a sale or something we weren't ready for. We always felt comfortable walking away from a showing that didn't feel like our new home. Andy used his wealth of knowledge to bring different considerations to our attention when looking at potential homes.

I’d like to leave the best review possible for Jess Huang! We encountered each other profiles while me and my husband were looking for a condo in September 2024. Our case was difficult and many realtors refused to work with us, while others were putting a lot of pressure and hasting us. As I had a negative experience in my life working with realtors I was a bit concerned to start communicating with Jess, but all my worries disappeared instantly when I saw her professional approach and extreme attention to detail of our specific case! She was super helpful in collecting all the paperwork, and I appreciate her quick responses via emails and text messages no matter what time it was, day or night. It highlights her attention to the customers, and I greatly valued her answers at late hours because it was the only convenient time for me after work hours.
Jess wasn’t putting any time pressure on me as other realtors did before her, and she was very easy to communicate with. After we’ve gathered all the paperwork we met in person and she was highly professional during all the times. She helped by giving me tips and heads-ups before we met with the landlords. When we received a positive answer for the condo we live in right now, I was over the moon, and I’m not exaggerating to say that our success in getting this condo is her success!
