I can't say enough about Ian and his team. Ian is very knowledgeable about real estate in Barrie and in surrounding communities. He helped me to get a great price for the house I was selling, even arranging (at no charge to me) for an interior designer to walk through the house with me and provide many tips to make the house looks it's best.

Ian was very patient while I looked at dozens of houses to try and find one I wanted to purchase. He definitely seemed more interested in making sure I made the right decisions than he was in just making a sale, which isn't true for all agents.

Ian provided great advice every step of the way, and was encouraging when I was just about ready to give up. (With the competitive 2021 market, I tried for 5 homes before I was successful.) Ian and his team work very smoothly together, so that the one or two times I wanted to see a house but Ian was not free, another agent stepped in and I never had to wait.

Ian was very responsive to my emails and texts, and patiently answered all of my questions about the process, houses I was seeing, neighborhoods, strategies for selling and buying, etc. I would have no hesitation recommending Ian and his team to family and friends.
