Michelle made our house buying process seamless. We recently had a whirlwind buy/sell scenario with Jenn Lamont as our realtor. During the initial offer phase on our new house, Rogers went and crashed the cell/internet network for half the province. Jenn went out of her way to find access to alternate networks to ensure we were kept up to date on the status of our offer. Once we had an accepted offer, Jenn assisted in staging our previous house and really marketed the property amazingly well allowing us to sell it far faster than we ever could have imagined in the current market. We couldn’t have asked for a harder working, more professional agent during this process. We would highly recommend Jenn Lamont for your real estate needs. She was always available within a short period of time for any issues or questions and we never felt like we were left in the dark.

Presale staging and video of property was very professional and related services were completed by broker or third party vendors in a competent manner. However, post sale activities, communication and follow up were poor. Sale condition deadlines were not followed up by broker with the Seller to ensure that the Seller was on track. Seller had to continually call broker regarding closing advice. Broker wasn't present for final walk through after being informed the Buyers broker would be present.
