I had a significant leakage issue with my upstairs bathroom and was looking for someone to come in and resolve it.

Of everybody, I spoke to, Ben sounded the most trustworthy and reasonable. I ended up replacing my old bathtub with a new walk-in shower and do not regret it one bit!

Ben is extremely professional in what he does and his communication is excellent! Everybody who works for him is the same as well. His quote came in significantly lower than the next best option as well. They did an excellent job with my new shower stall and I’ve had no issues ever since.

What’s great is that Ben was always available for any questions I had before, during and after the work was done. I highly recommend his services!

Working with Ben from Hill Development was a fantastic experience. We had our basement developed with him and we are very pleased with the results! Ours was a mid sized job with 1200 sqft construction. Ben guided us well in making the right choices, was very flexible in his approach and accommodated all our needs. We never felt pressured for anything. He had a good network of businesses where we procured our floor/carpets/tiles etc. All work was completed within as reasonable time as can be expected in a pandemic. The payments were flexible and broken down in 3 instalments. Everything from a custom entertainment centre, fireplace and kitchen was well taken care of. We couldn’t have really asked for more. What pleased me most about Ben was that he was always available via phone to chat/text/call about any doubts/questions we had. Ben took care of everything from permits to materials. Even after the job was done, I am able to speak to him regarding any small issues. I haven’t really had that kind of personal touch with any other contractors I have used. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ben and his team for any home construction related job! I am sure to be using his services again in the future.

Hey you!! yeah you!! looking at reviews..STOP LOOKING! if you want an amazing contractor who has experience, knowledge, dependability, and a flair for making your project the absolute best it can possibly be...then Hill Developments and Ben are "THE" contractor to contact. Ben did an amazing job transforming our basement into a space where our family can hang out. He also created a beautiful fireplace upstairs for us to enjoy on those long winter nights.The bathroom and laundry room are awesome! To the point where our kids may never leave...okay that might be the only downside....THANK YOU Ben for the amazing new living space you have given our family!!
