This place is a dump. I just moved in was told everything was going to be up-to-date. When I moved in. That was a lie. Nothing was updated not even new paint the floors had cheese and glass all over them. I stepped on the glass and it was not tiny pieces. It was big pieces thankfully I had my shoe on, and it dug into my shoe That night. I went down to find parking since they charge you $100 a month for parking and I could not believe it. It looked like a junkyard. There was cars broken into with no windows cars on Jack’s cars with no tires cars with no windows or tires People‘s garbage stored in the parking spots. It was so dirty that I fell and cut my knee bad and my elbow this place is awful. I wish I never moved in here. I have photos, but they will not let me add it to this post. They also ask you to give them good reviews and they will give you an incentive Guess I’m not getting anything from them but attitude now for speaking the truth I wish there was a way to speak to somebody from Head office instead of the people in at 5:01 Wilkins, but they keep that a secret because I guess they don’t want the truth coming out. There is also a fire the first day I moved in, and I was listening to everybody around me. They were all saying how there is druggies in the building how a couple years ago a guy was arrested for having a homemade bomb in the building and weapons . They were all talking about things that have happened in this building that have been ignored because of the staff that work in the office downstairs I really wish I had known all of this before I moved in, but I am ready to break my lease and get the hell out of here and I have no problem going to court and showing them all the evidence I have just in 2 days of moving in to this slum Lord building.

Great location with easy access to shops and transport. The apartment is bright and comfortable, and maintenance is responsive. Overall, a good place to live.

Great place to live! Pretty quiet as well. There is someone cleaning every day in the building. The grounds are kept nice. The area is great as well. I was here for 5 years and probably the best place I lived at. Only moved out to go to another city, if I wasn't moving out of town, I would have stayed there. The nice ladies in the office are great as well. Shelley is amazing, helpful and patient. McKenzie is friendly, helpful, smiles a lot and has a great personality. Will miss the place.

My experience with the staff at Capreit has always been excellent. When I had an issue with my shower, and my kitchen sink, it was looked after right away by Felix (not sure on the name) They do their best to accommodate you and did reply to emails within 24 hours. I have dealt with Mackenzie, Shelley and Yvonne and everyone was helpful and friendly.
I love living here.

My partner and I have tried to book a viewing for a 2 bedroom for the past week for last Friday at 501 Wilkins, 200 and 450 Sandringham. Tara from customer service was very kind and tried getting this set up but there was no communication from the rental office to schedule a viewing despite followup on Tara's end. Multiple phone calls were made until the rental office informed us that they couldn't book a viewing because there was not a 24h notice beforehand (which would have happened had they replied on time). Viewings for Monday at 11am were scheduled for all 3 buildings.

Today my partner and I drove 2 hours to the viewing for 11am in a thunderstorm and recieved a call at 10:45am letting us know that there were applications already submittted for both of the 2 bedroom units we were supposed to see. The woman on the phone could not give us a direct answer as to how this happened. We asked if we could still see the units today but she continued to say that there were already applications submitted and would not give a direct answer. We requested to have an application emailed to us and we have yet to have an application emailed from them.

Pretty much this rental company cancelled on us 15 minutes prior, massive lack of communication, and made us drive all the way out here for no viewing. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional

We came to see the apartment on Friday Sep 1st with appointment. But we are very disappointed to see the behavior of one receptionist. She was loud, unfriendly and rude. Mackenzie was friendly but other receptionist was opposite. The way she looked at us and gave comments to fellow receptionist, they were very unwelcoming. This is the second week in Canada for my wife and she was feeling very comfortable and adjusting with new culture but after this experience, she is very hurt. And we decided not to have the apartment. We are just writing this comment to highlight the importance of smile for clients. And we want to make sure that future clients should be received with smile and friendly attitude.

Have been living here for over 5 years. Great place & awesome staff.. Had some issues with my dishwasher, clogged sink & ants. while my Portal account wasn't working, McKenzie was always there to be such a wonderful, helpful and do all the needful right away..

The office staff at 501 Wilkins are very good at their job. They are friendly an approachable. The front end staff Ms. MacFarlane makes your visit to the office pleasant and helpful. The upper management along with the front end staff take care of issues quickly with productive results.
