I reached out to High End Renovation not knowing what to expect as I had no prior relationship/referral. But I decided to give them a call because they had a 5 star google rating which is quite difficult to obtain given the extensive number of jobs they have completed (see Instagram page). Got in contact with Bilal and Ali, who came to my house within 24hrs to better understand my vision and establish the relationship. From that point onward, it was made ABSOLUTELY clear why they have a 5star rating. Their customer care and perfectionism in their craft was sustained through the FULL 2 weeks they were onsite completing what has turned out to be a dream washroom (currently my favourite room in the house which is really odd to say for a washroom).

Here’s the takeaway: Before doing a large reno, chances are you’re sourcing at least 3 quotes before choosing the right contractor. All I’ll say is that High End Renovation & Design definitely deserves to be in consideration in those top 3 quote requests.
