If you're looking for plumbing services, you've found your company. Austin at High Pressure Mechanical has been fantastic to work with. His communication is excellent; he’s highly skilled and efficient; he’s respectful about entering the home and keeping things clean; and he’s genuinely a nice person.

And then there are the little things. One of the jobs Austin helped me with was installing a garburator. Nothing major, but he took the time to tidy up the pipework and even positioned the unit so the label was perfectly centred in the cabinet. It’s small details like that that show the level of care and attention he brings to his work.

Austin has been helping me for a few years now, and I’ll definitely be a customer for life.

Austin was referred to me by my electrician and came to fix up my shower heads and do a long overdue maintenance to my Navien system. While he was there he took a look at my HVAC and ERV system and noticed a couple minor issues which were causing problems. Austin completed a thorough camera inspection and hydro jetting smoothly for me, after another company failed and wrongly advised digging and drain pipe replacement. If I didn't have Austin redid the inspection, I would have misguided by that company spending for unnecessary digging and installation. Thank you Austin! My Angel!
