Encountered he rudest truck driver who blocked the parking lot on AB1 for half an hour and yelled at myself and husband when we asked to move it. Treated us like trash, would never use their services regardless of the quality after this.

In two words: a pleasure! Wayne at the office was friendly, professional and helpful. We booked his service at our 90,000 sq. ft. shop and Rick and his truck showed up the next day! Rick was also a real pro. He took time to explain what he was doing, what we can do to save our company money and aggravation, and was one of the best big rig drivers I've had the pleasure to watch. An easy 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone in need.

I work for a home builder and we had a bad sewer backup on a fire restoration job in the town of Okotoks we did. After having my plumber scope the sewer line and was unable to auger the blockage clear, our plumber wasn’t hopeful we could get it cleared without digging up the front yard. But the crew at High Country Vac Services were fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient at what they do. They walked me through what they were planning to do and executed the plan perfectly. I’d highly recommend them for any sewer back ups and/or hydrovaccing if you’re looking for someone to get the job done quickly and properly.
