I had Heritage Home & Renovations do my basement in the fall of 2023. Chad was very professional throughout the process from design, estimate, construction and through the change order process. The trades people used were also courteous and professional. They all were good with the dogs, and for people like us, that means a lot. In the end Chad and the team provided a great product, were on time and on budget. Would highly recommend.

Had my basement completely renovated in 2023 along with a few other items in my home, including the stairs, whole house, painted and brand new baseboard. Chad has an amazing team under him, and I would support him in any renovation. FYI, watch out for the muddying and taping guys. lol!
