I hired Hedgeford and Berkley to help with design and build for our forever home. My wife and I had a long list of must-haves, Martha and her team, got us started asking all the right questions we would have never thought about. Her team was extremely patient with us throughout the build even when we made changes - haha sorry! I purchased an outdated house in a neighborhood for redevelopment. Martha and her team prepared permits, bid packages, and construction drawings for a new home. I also worked with her team to provide marketing brochures including a look book of up to three options for every room in the house plans. They even created a website with floor plans, renders, and house details so I could send prospective buyers for more information. I was able to sell the lot with the plans and now working with Martha and her team on a second property. Her team is very patient and provides a lot of helpful discussions so I am not blindsided. Our first project with Martha and Hedgeford and Berkley started back with our first home in 2020. Of course when we purchased our 2nd home last year we wouldn’t have gone to anyone else. We love our home and would not have been able to get the look, let alone the build, without her! Martha helped us deal with issues that came up and went above and beyond!
