I have been a loyal customer of Harmony’s unhomogenized whole milk for the past 1.5 years and have always appreciated the quality and consistency of your product—until recently. I am writing to express my disappointment with the noticeable decline in the milk's quality over the past few months.

As someone who regularly makes homemade yogurt, I rely on high-quality milk to produce consistent results. When I first started using Harmony milk, the yogurt set perfectly within 4–5 hours, especially during the warmer months. However, over the past few attempts, the yogurt has failed to set even after 12 hours, which is extremely unusual and concerning.

Additionally, I’ve observed an excessive amount of whey being released from the yogurt—something that typically happens when milk is diluted. It leads me to believe that there may be added water in the milk, which not only compromises the texture and taste but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of the product.

At $16 per bag, this is not what I expect from a premium product. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a high price for a product that no longer delivers on its promise of quality. I genuinely feel let down and question whether the standards that initially earned my trust are still being maintained.

I urge you to look into this issue seriously and provide some transparency regarding what changes—if any—have been made to your production process. As a consumer who has been loyal to your brand, I deserve clarity and accountability.

The Chocolate Milk is probably the best i've ever had and it's in old school glass containers which I LOVE! I've had a bunch of their other Dairy products like their whole milk and half & Half is really top quality with no added junk. Happy to support a great Canadian company with great products. I wish their products were in some larger mainstream stores but i''ll still go out of my way for it regardless.

As a dairy lover and a huge consumer of milk i tried Harmony for the first time, and i have to say it's very good! Was very happy to see it was produced less than an hour from where i live.

Update:
I always get the regular milk. I wanted a treat, so I got the chocolate... I've never had chocolate like that before! It's like liquid chocolate ice cream so rich and creamy! Amazing product again! Wow!

The chocolate is literally to DIE for !! If this chocolate milk get discontinued I will have no will to live anymore !!! LOL i have no words to explain how creamy and chocolatey delicious this chocolate milk is!!! If you haven't tried I suggest you add it your grocery list and pick some up! 100% recommend no other chocolate milk compares to this! Love love obsessed! 🤣🙀❤️

Huge disappointment, initially I was happily surprised to see the milk fat cap when opening the cover, but the fat doesn't melt into the milk after warming up rather sitting on top and became yellow!!! Look in the cup, doesn't look like milk we had as a kid,

Have been buying their milk products for a little while now and I must say, the price is definitely worth it after you have tasted their products compared to the regular stuff you get in all grocery stores... you can definitely taste the difference (in a good way) with harmony organic products. Will never buy any other milk products other than from them. Best of all, it comes in glass bottles which is a bonus
