Rosetta the building manager is awesome. She is always whenever tenants need her. She is always very helpful whenever I needed her. She did exceptional when moving out. She is doing incredible. Thank you Rosetta for everything.

My family loves this place! There are many shops nearby, a school is within walking distance. Lots of walking paths, beautiful views of the lake.
I am very pleased with the manager of this apartment building, Rosetta.
She always answers calls, if any issue needs to be resolved, she always helps with this.
Rosetta is a very nice and conscientious person!
I love living in this place!!!

I lived there for four years and loved the price. Unfortunately rates keep climbing. Rosetta is wonder to work with. Very professional, friendly, and always replies to me calls. It would be nice if the apartments had more storage in and the outside planters actually had flowers in. The biggest issue is how some tenants deal with their garbage. Even though there are large garbage and recycle bins and the new green ones for organic matter I have often wondered how people living in such a nice place can be such “slobs”. End of month is even worse : mattresses, bbqs, broken couches etc get tossed in the garbage compound and Rosetta has to call a private contractor to haul the junk away. Guess who ultimately pays for it? The tenants

Harmony at Walker Lakes is one of the best place to live. It has view, cleanliness, connectivity and convenience, On top of that, best property manager Rosetta. She cares about the people as much she cares about the property. Really helpful and professional.

The old property manager was terrible, she was never available and NEVER responded to my calls or texts or my partners texts.

The new manager Rosetta is great, she is very responsive and reaches out to us with anything she needs. If we have any questions she always responds, she is always at her office. The units are really nice, high ceilings, building is secure. There are some minor things like no AC, some cheaply made things and the carpets and walls in the hallways are really dirty.
So far enjoying living here, at first had a terrible experience with old management but Rosetta has turned that around for us.

I have recently looked at many properties on Edmonton's South side, and nothing even compares to these units!! The buildings and grounds are very clean. The units have amazing square footage that you do not find in any newer buildings. The finishes are upgraded, and the units are great. Most cupboard space I have ever had in an apartment.

The Management company is very responsive, and after some issues, finally have an On-Site Property Manager that knows her stuff!! Rules are in place to make everyone's life better, and they apply to everyone. Best place I have lived in years!!
