Handy Bros has been amazing to work with! They are fast, reliable, friendly and professional. When my furnace broke down back at the beginning of February, I called Handy Bros and they came out the next day. I had to get a new furnace installed which was done quickly to get the heat back on! I ended up using the Greener Homes to update all the equipment in the house to a tankless water heater and heat pump, which the sales rep (Joel) was great, friendly and helped me through the process. All the operators and techs, I have dealt with have been amazing. The techs are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They always explain what work has been done, clean up after themselves and answer any questions. I highly recommend Handy Bros!

In such a high demand time for reliable cooling, I appreciate the policy of appointments within 24 hours. My issue was a blower motor failure on the hottest day of the year thus far. An appointment was scheduled for early the next day with a potential of earlier if appointments went ahead of schedule or there was a cancellation. Fortunately, I received a call that a technician was willing to work late and come the same day. Communication ahead of the service call came with both a text message outlining who was coming and a phone call from the technician with a specific arrival time.
Nicholas, a very knowledgeable and energetic technical, diagnosed and confirmed the issue and presented me with options for a resolution. Although the more expensive solution of a furnace replacement was presented due to its age, it was not pushed on me like other sales/services companies are well known for. I genuinely feel that whatever option I chose, their best efforts to make the repairs efficiently and to high standards were made. Start to finish, everything was communicated in detail with regards to the work and pricing and was very honest and fair. I am a contractor and hold myself and my work to the highest standard to retain and grow my customer base. I truly feel that Handy Bros does the same. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC going forward.
