We selected Han-Cor for our renovation project to turn one large bathroom into an ensuite and main bath and so glad we did. Jason was able to successfully work with his sub-trades in this difficult environment of COVID and volume of construction these days to finish and cleanup before our Christmas deadline. We are thrilled with the results and we highly recommend Han-Cor for your project.

They did an addition structure for me. Crews did not clean up once, left garbage in my gardens and scattered throughout the yard. A lot of nails in the subfloor were missed and not reshot.
When removing walls, the crew cut into adjacent rooms, which was also not cleaned up or repaired. Windows were not installed in compliance with manufacturers guidelines as well as 1 window being 1/4" out of plumb and the door jam was also out 1/4" out of plumb (only 4 rough opening in the addition) All these items were brought to Jasons attention who refused to fix any of them.
Now that I am into drywall - 1 of the 3 walls constructed are actually plumb. 1 wall is 1/2" out of plumb and another one is a full 1" out of plumb for an 8 foot wall. I also recently noticed that both point loads for the beam that they installed were not properly transferred down to the foundation. All of these are things that would have been buried and not noticed if I did not already have a background in construction. As far as I am concerned, they will bury work that will not last.
I was not impressed or happy with how these mishaps were handled. My opinion, not professional and not quality work.

Jason and his team recently completed our kitchen renovation - the second one which we've used him for as we'd used his services for a kitchen reno at our previous house 6 years ago. Once again, Jason did quality work for us, and the project was finished on time, even with some unforeseen structural issues when we tore out the old kitchen. Jason helped us navigate through that process successfully and we are very pleased with our new kitchen.

Han-Cor did a fantastic job in our home. Jason made sure every detail was perfected, the work was done neat, clean and there were no corners cut. The work took place in our bathroom and did a bomb proof job making sure everything was tight and water proof.

I wanted to take time to send a big thank you to Jason and his team for doing an outstanding job on our new bathroom. This was a challenging job as our house was built back in 1930, so as you can imagine there isn’t a straight angle to be found. Jason and his team totally gutted our bathroom and took my wife’s design to completion. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was something special. With all jobs there are challenges that inevitably come up, but Jason along with Joffery, one of his main guys, were there every time to address them and make them right.
The outcome of the job was that it exceeded our expectations. From the real barnboard walls, gorgeous cabinets, and the most beautiful walk in shower you can imagine, we couldn’t be happier.
We are now looking forward to working with Han-Cor on our next project this coming fall, when we will be asking Jason and his team execute on my wife’s new design or our bedroom which is attached to this new beautiful bathroom. We can’t wait.
