I had a fantastic experience at Gustafson's when I needed to get my blower fan replaced recently. While they couldn't fix it on my first visit due to needing to order parts, they were extremely accommodating. They kept my car in the shop for a couple of hours before I had to pick it up, ensuring it stayed warm during the cold snap and preventing my windows from freezing without a working fan. I also took advantage of their shuttle service to work for both appointments, which was a huge help since I didn’t have a ride. The customer service was top-notch, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. By far the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. My tires were put on when they were supposed to be and they were done right. Wheels were torqued to manufacture spec, air pressure was spot on and the balancing was perfect. If you are close to Athabasca and need tires, please go see, or the call the staff at Gustafson's Trail Tire Auto Centers. Even if your not close Athabasca it is worth the drive to go see them. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be going there again when I need tires, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought a car from BC and brought it here to get my inspection done. Everything went great except when I got my car home from the inspection there was a stain on my passenger seat. My car is basically brand new. 40,000km and was previously owned by a senior who took great care of the car inside and out. Right before I bought the car it was detailed. It looked great. I was very polite and talked to the owner about the situation. He said he would take a look and try to get the stain out for me. Which he basically got the entire stain out. Which I very much appreciate. Point is, he tried blaming me and/or the woman that referred me to him to get my inspection done. The only bad thing I have to say is they tried blaming us for the stain. Keep in mind I haven't eaten or drank anything in this car aside from water. If I made a mistake I'd own up to it without a doubt. I'm honest and I expect the same back. I have 5 people who seen the car the day I bought it and the day of inspection. They all said there was no stain. That doesn't matter though because aside from that I know for a fact there was no stain on my seat. Considering it just got detailed before going into this shop. They tried telling me it was a coffee stain which it wasn't because when I got down and smelt the stain, it smelt like an automotive shop. Needless to say I'm disappointed that they couldn't even own up to their mistake. I was so polite and considerate after the situation and it's just disappointing when someone cant own up to their mistake. I understand mistakes happen but people should just be honest about it especially considering I paid almost $300 for my inspection.
