I’ve had the pleasure of working with GT Mann on a number of projects since 2019 in my capacity as an interior designer at Jenny Martin Design, and I can’t recommend them enough. GT Mann built our custom home during Covid which had its own challenges. Chris F was our project manager and showed amazing communication and was always clear with what our options were. There are always surprise costs during a custom build but we stayed pretty well on track. The only negative thing I would say is that some of the sub trades they hired were questionable.

My name is Ted, my wife and I moved to Sidney in 2017 and had a new home built for us by GT Mann which completed in 2018. Subsequent to this we purchased a waterfront home on Lochside Drive in North Saanich where GT Mann was retained to facilitate an extensive renovation of a mid century Cape Cod style cottage where we now HAPPLILY reside.....boy what a transformation. Here's my bullet points in no particular order.

1. I'm not a builder but I've built 8 homes over the past 35 years and nothing compares to my experience with GT Mann.
2. From initial site meetings to discuss the "dream" through architecture, budgeting and breaking ground a wonderful experience.
3. My background is in finance so I appreciated the budgeting process, cost accounting and billing. Our first build in Sidney came in at approximately 5% under budget, due in part to having a very good understanding of our advance expectation's throughout the projected construction.
4. Communication with PM's and supervisors right through to GT Mann staff and sub trades were courteous and respectful.
