What a poorly managed company!
My husband and I have been affiliated with Brivia for the past 2 years, not by choice, but through a leaseback program with a new construction.
All I can say is that these past 2 years have been filled with headaches and stress to deal with this company.
They are fast to respond, but the same problems keep reoccurring and nothing is actually getting solved.
You are constantly running after them. They can't even follow their own contract.
Beware.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and my personal experiences highlight their incompetence and unethical practices. From my rushed lease signing to their false promises of free months that conveniently disappeared, it's clear that they operate with no regard for honesty or integrity.

My initial interactions with them were chaotic and misleading. They pressured me to sign the lease quickly, withheld crucial information, and failed to fulfill their promises of a free month. When I raised concerns about missing payments, their staff, particularly Daniela, showed a shocking lack of professionalism and competence. Their illegal disclosure of my rent information to an outsider and their neglect of proper maintenance further emphasize their disregard for tenant rights and well-being.

The neglect and mismanagement continued as I moved into the apartment they provided. Ignoring water damage and moldy filters, they handed me the keys to a unit with urine-soaked toilets and moldy toxic units. Despite my emails detailing these issues, they chose to ignore my complaints, displaying a callous attitude toward tenant health and safety.

Even in dire situations like violent intrusions and security breaches, they displayed no sense of responsibility or care. Ignoring my requests for repair invoices after a break-in and assault, they failed to provide any support or documentation when needed most. Their unethical behaviors seem to know no bounds, as shown by their invasion of privacy and general apathy toward tenant concerns.

In conclusion, this company's shady practices, negligence, and lack of professionalism make them a nightmare to deal with. My personal experiences, along with countless others, paint a clear picture of an unethical and poorly managed organization to steer clear of at all costs.

Very bad service and doing things illegally i believe. We notarized a condo and they don't give me the keys. They gave me the keys 2 weeks after the notary date. They don't provide any compensation. I lost one tenant with this issue. That is not the worst thing. They don't reply emails. My broker contacted with them by emails, no reply. I really not recommandate this Company. Will not buy any properties with them anymore

My wife and I purchased a property from Brivia Group’s 1 Square Phillips development in Montreal. Through emails, Brivia has forced us into inspection schedules that are totally unreasonable and even worse, have not addressed nor responded to our email request. This they do to an international buyer of a pre-construction project (1 square Phillips) who also has paid 35%. What more with other Buyers?

I am writing to share my experience with Quinzecent and Brivia as a Developer. Three years ago, I provided a deposit and I have been attempting to negotiate the return of my deposit due to a potential breach of contract. However, despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the company, I did not receive any response. Moreover, I found that the terms of the contract were not fully explained to me, and that the work was not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.

In my opinion, communication and transparency are key factors in any successful business relationship, and unfortunately, these elements were lacking in my experience with Quinzecent and Brivia. Additionally, I would like to caution potential buyers against using their recommended mortgage broker, as my experience with them was also unsatisfactory.

While my experience was disappointing, I believe it is important to share it so that others can make informed decisions about doing business with these companies. I encourage potential buyers to thoroughly review any contracts and carefully consider their options before making any commitments. Hopefully, this feedback will help Quinzecent and Brivia improve their business practices and approach towards customer satisfaction

For 6 months now, we have been having lingering issues with our unit and it was promised by BRIVIA GROUP at the sale that these would be taken care of by the after sales team, but they are unresponsive and NOTHING get done! As a construction company, I believe reputation is everything, but your after sales team has failed to live up to the expectations.
