Can you guys add any more fake five star reviews?! This place is a joke. Tenants who chain smoke inside their suite even though it is against the policy. Interested in your suite always smelling like your neighbours cigarettes and unable to breathe due to it? Do you enjoy hearing parents scream at their kid all day? Do you like it when people treat the hallways like it's a playground? Running back and forth in front of your suite and screaming? How about dogs with loud, high pitched barks that you have to listen to every ten minutes when they take them out to urinate and leave stool all over the property because they can get away with it? You will love it here. The place has literally gone to the dogs. Don't get me started on the site manager who will gaslight you about these concerns.
Edit: The appropriate response to the above concerns is not "Broadstreet Properties is a family friendly and a pet friendly community." How does that excuse any of these concerns?

I give this place 10 stars. Best place for rent! The rooms in the units are pretty spacious and great for storage. Starting with customer service, it was excellent and always provided the best service. Team members are quick and efficient. I never had an issue at all. Staff members are friendly and very organized, and always smiling. The team maintains the cleanliness of the buildings on a daily basis, it is always smelling like fresh. They take care of the buildings pretty well. Loved the area it was close to EVERYTHING: shopping, school, park, mall, gas, grocery, etc. Literally like everything. I stayed here for almost 6 years this was our first home before we purchased our house. We moved in as a new couple and now leaving as a family of four. It was pretty emotional for us to submit the keys.. we definitely built great memories here and it will be missed.

We have lived at Greenview for eight years now. Great place to live and no snow to shovel. We love that it's a pet friendly building and has in suite laundry.
Leslie is an awesome site manager. She addresses any issues promptly and efficiently. The cleaning and maintenance staff also very pleasant and efficient. The hallways are always kept very clean. Kudos to Leslie and staff for making this a great place to live.

I visited Greenview Apartment for viewing and I met with this site manager (Bayan) who welcomed me with her bright smile, warm friendly personality, and was super helpful answering all my questions professionally.
The site was clean inside/outside, and the same goes for the unit.
I was happy with everything and I really wanted to rent in this Apartment but, unfortunately I needed a unit with two bathrooms and I preferred an underground parking which wasn’t available!
I would definitely refer my family and friends to rent in Greenview Apartment. Thank you Bayan for making the viewing so smooth and pleasant

I’m so impressed with our manager she’s kind and caring! I was so happy when she returned and put the place back in order Bayan has a wonderful, way of dealing with tenants and she always has a smile even when she has been through a crisis I hope you never lose her to the competition as I’m sure she could be head hunted, spent 20years in housing and I can say if I was still in it she be the first person I would have on my team!! I have lives in Greenview for 5 years and so far She is the best manger you had here.

I’ve lived with Broadstreet Properties for almost four years and it was truly a wonderful experience. The building is always clean and maintained. Their maintenance staff did a wonderful job. Bayan, the local site property manager is always a pleasure to deal with and she really cares for the buildings and the renters. I would highly recommend anyone to live here. In suite washer and dryer, A/C, pets are welcomed and very reasonable rates. Thank you so much Broadstreet for being my home for so long. You will be missed.

My husband and I moved in here about a month and a half ago. We absolutely love it! It's a huge value for all you're able to do. With in-suite laundry, pet and kid friendly, and excellent customer care, you really can't get a better deal. The apartments are amazingly spacious with large kitchens and tons of cabinet space. The bedrooms are a great size and don't feel cramped. The bathrooms are roomy with plenty of space for the "extras". There is a lot of closet space, both in the closet and laundry room. The property is beautifully maintained. The staff are always super kind and helpful with what ever you need.
We have no complaints and will be living here for a long time coming!

I've lived in the Greenview apartments for just a little over a year now, i felt like it was a little everywhere at the beginning mostly because they were in the middle of switching managers. Since the manager switch things have been great! Kateri is an awesome manager whenever i need something i email her and she gets it done! the cleaning staff is always here keeping up with the cleanliness and maintenance is always there if something needs to be fixed! I would recommend anyone and everyone to rent from Broadstreet they're great!
