Geoff, in particular, has been outstanding. From promptly responding to my questions to providing detailed guidance on servicing both the tractor and its attachments, his expertise has been invaluable. Tracking down parts for older equipment can often be a challenge, but Geoff made the process seamless, sourcing exactly what I needed without delay.

Green Diamond in Sussex NB is by far the easiest and most thorough people to deal with. Especially Taylor (service department). What a gem! She is always quick to respond to any inquiries and always gets back to me with pricing. They pick up my equipment and return it to location for about the same price I could drive it there and back. They never miss a deadline and are typically done services within 24 hours of me picking up the phone. Great customer service, great value and a genuine appreciation for our time and business. I have nothing but great things to say about Green Diamond in Sussex. I called Craig, whom I have being dealing with for over 2 years. I bought a Z-turn mower and 2038R tractor. Plus some toys to go with both. Between Craig and the lady in the service dept, service and prices have been more than reasonably. Many thank from the delivery man for teaching me on each of these and spending time to make me comfortable on the machine before leaving. Many thanks to a team of professionals. I love my new John Deere.

Upgrading review 10/12/21: I had been very frustrated when it took an additional two weeks for me to get the cart I purchased with the lawn tractor (S120) when they forgot to deliver it with the tractor. I finally received it and they offered to put it together for me prior to delivery, which helped alleviate my frustration. The staff has always been nice throughout the process.

Today was my first visit to this store and I was so impressed with the experience. Everything I needed was there and the staff were amazing. I need some information on an older tractor and they went above and beyond with answers and pictures. I was also very comfortable with there great social distancing and hand sanitizing. All around this was a true five star experience!!
