I purchased my first home January 2024 with Green Cedar. All i can say after my experience is look elsewhere for you home provider or be prepared for a plethora of deficiencies and nothing but pure hellish frustration trying to have them come back to get the work done properly.

The company is spread too thin across their multitude of projects to provide adequate customer service to their buyers. Once your house is done and you move in you are place on the back burner to simmer until you explode and then they might speak with you again to calm you down before having you wait another month just to see no work done.

I could go into great detail but will spare you all. To sum it up. In my experience GC does not care about their customers and will cut corners in may ways to save a buck. The most concerning being that their tradesman building your house are barely qualified to hold a hammer in a lot of cases let alone build a house.

We had terrible experiences, we bought a home in Chestermere built by Green Cedar. Lots of unfinished work we called them multiple times and they showed up but did not finish the work that needed to be done. Don’t recommend buying house from them.

Amazing experience dealing with there team . Great house designs . If you can dream it they can build it . Would highly recommend a visit to the desgin center and Show Homes specifically the one in south shore chestermere.

Responsive builder, but it feels there is no regard for the community. I just am leaving this review as a reminder to leave a magnet sweeper at your job sites for daily cleanup. Tradesmen leaving nails, screws and other sharp debris on the road, is not directly the builders fault, but it’s their responsibility. I’ve had to ask multiple times now. Unless you have a check book ready to write out repairs for tires, this seems to be a good alternative. please do better.

I built my house with green cedar homes in 2015 in chestermere, and to date, the owner, Mr Hesham hammoud, is in touch and always there to fix the issue if there is any. I have built 3 houses with other builders in the past, but no one can match the standard, the quality, and the peace of mind that green cedar can provide you. If you wanna build your dream home and you wanna make sure that you do it right, just call green cedar homes.

I usually don’t write reviews, but honestly this builder’s sales team specially Diane is so professional and understanding. They try their very best to accommodate your needs with your budget in mind. This is not my first time buying from a builder but my mind was blown with how Diane presents herself Green Ceder you have a amazing face representing you guys. I look forward to buying from you guys now or in the future whenever I m destined to. Thank you Diane for all your information and helpful tips!

My partner and I recently relocated to Alberta for a change of scenery and better opportunities. We started looking at different builders and areas to potentially buy our forever home. We looked at multiple show homes .. spoke to soo many sales reps and by chance we ran into Diane in Langdon. The experience from day one has been amazing.
