We ordered a large load of what we were assured was 100% composted manure. When it arrived, it was in fact only about 25% compost: the rest of it was sand, gravel, and clay (verified by a soil scientist). We complained. On the one hand, they quickly and courteously gave us a full refund, which we appreciated. But on the other hand, they never really admitted that the product wasn't as advertised.

Greg and the team at Gray's have been excellent. They have given good advice on different gravel and landscaping needs. It is nice to have a resource available in town.

We spent a six figure sum on land leveling, foundation work, and road construction for our grain bin project. They underpromise and overdeliver! The work was top quality and was recognized by the other contractors on site as excellent as well. The costs were in line with my expectations.

Gray's has a huge fleet of equipment, seemingly the right tool for every job. If you have any sort of work involving digging, leveling, packing, surveying, and gravel or rock hauling these guys are the safe bet.

Had my yard graded they were courteous and quick to reply for my quote. A few days later they came and did the work I'm very happy with the end result. I would use them again without hesitation.

Price discrepancies from different staff. Trip number 1. Loaded by hand 3.5 gallon ice cream pails with 28m decorative rock for my flower bed. 5 pails 75% full. A man who worked there said $2.50 cents. I appreciated this and gave a $5.00 bill as a tip.
I went back for more rocks and the 2nd time I took 10 ice cream pails and loaded at 75% full. Two women inside charged me $26.95 instead of $5.00.
Dissatisfied and will travel to Calgary Burnco just to receive honest "weigh in weigh out" scales and prices. Not great soil either. Will look elsewhere for landscaping products.

Gray's has been fantastic to work with on the development of our acreage! We needed everything - driveway, gravel pads, septic, etc. - and Gray's has been there every step of the way. Greg is our contact, and he has gone above and beyond to make sure our home becomes a reality. The team at Gray's is very helpful and responsive - we highly recommend them!
