Working with Nik, Sergei and Mike was the absolute best decision.

We needed a basement room Reno and we needed it quick with a baby on the way. I explained my needs to Nik and wow the integrity, fast acting, ready to get the job done attitude meant more to me then he will ever know.

The entire process from beginning to end was smooth. I trusted the team to make design choices and choose quality materials. They did not disappoint. There isn’t one thing I can think of that I was unhappy with.

Not only was the team integral and professional but the work that got done was pristine and better than what we could have imagined. If renovating our entire home was in the works I would hire Good Reno 100%. The trust is there thanks to Nik and his advice and guidance and communication.

I would recommend Good Reno and the owner Nik in a heartbeat. In 2021 we approached Nik for our legal basement. Honesty, Transparency and Punctuality - Nik operates mainly on these three pillars. I dont know of a contractor who can beat this. Not a single surprise. Extremely organized and daily updates on this work and what to expect. Well planned change requests so no surprises. I blindly trusted and followed his decisions and his choices but Nik equally made sure that I am involved as well. The project was completed within the committed time. 1400 sq. ft. of legal walkout basement - 2 Bedroom and 1 Washroom completed in 2.5 months. No hesitation to show up for any concerns post occupancy. We are extremely pleased with our project and so happy to have found Nik based on everything I have seen you will do very well!

We're super happy with our basement makeover by Good Reno! It's way better than we expected. Nikolai and his team did great job. They added subfloor and spray foam insulation, which made a huge difference in warming up the space.

They also redid our laundry room and suggested heated floors – best idea ever! Everything was done on time and didn't go over budget. Nikolai was good at managing all the different subcontractors, keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend Good Reno if you're planning to revamp your space!

I am extremely happy with our interactions with Nikolai from Good Reno. He did a wonderful job getting to convert the basement to secondary suites in a quick and timely matter. I had a long list of things I needed to change as per the laws of the city. Nikolai was able to organize everyone quickly with little to no hiccups and we quickly passed the city's inspection. I can honestly say, if I didn't have Nikolai, I would probably still be in the thick of our renos. It was great to have someone oversee the projects and worked on it, he gave me peace of mind. I was kept up to date frequently with regard to our budget, which was so important. My basement looks amazing, like a beautiful apartment and it was done with true professionalism, quality workmanship, and on time. I was kept updated on a daily basis and Nikolai was always a quick phone call away if I had any questions.
