Just want to give a huge shout out to Goliath roofing lnc. Out of Clinton Ontario and Ian and Bert’s crew for a fantastic job for clearing the ice and snow off the roof at the Salvation Army in Wingham Ontario. They did a bang up job. I highly recommend this company. it was a high priority job and they took the time to rearrange their schedule and they were there the next day on time. and got the job done the crew of three we’re very organized and very polite and very professional again I highly recommend this company for your roof facia, soffit, heating lines, etc.

Very pleased with Goliath Roofing. Very timely and great communication. Very professional from administration (Maureen) to roof installation team. Great customer service and my roof looks fantastic! Great job, Jackson!!
They also fit me in for some extra reinforcements on my eaves troughs, which was a great recommendation, especially with this past winter.

what a great place to get a new roof all Canadian made the person who came out for the estimate was great and the sales team is fantastic and Maureen in the in the general office was very helpful and answered all my questions. Great customer service and a fantastic new roof thank you GOLIATH.

After hearing about Goliath roofing through the ladies at church, I knew they’d be the first ones I’d ring when I needed repairs after a storm. Each and every staff member I have dealt with, from lovely Maureen in the office to the young gentleman who came to provide an estimate, I think his name was Jay, have been very compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. I will definately be recomending them not only for their excellent customer service and client oriented approach but for their mighty fine work, as well!

On this website, Goliath claims that they're reliable. I didn't find this to be the case. I have a metal roof and the snow took down my snow guards at the end of February and crushed 9 of my neighbours' cedar trees. I'm not blaming Goliath for the huge amount of snow we had this winter, of course. However, the snow guards were installed at the beginning of December and they came off in February. I thought that Goliath might give me some kind of discount, since they only lasted 2 months. They wouldn't. Okay, fine. But they also didn't return 4 of my phone calls and 2 calls from my son. I just happened to call one day and the manager picked up. He promised that he would come out and inspect my roof, but he never showed up. 9 days after my snow guards came down, he still hadn't come out here. I could have had holes in my roof. Luckily, I didn't, but Goliath made no effort to inspect it.
The receptionist said that she passed all 4 of my messages on to the team, but no one called me back. I'm not blaming the receptionist. I believe that she did her job. I finally gave up on them and said that I wouldn't deal with them. Only then did I get an email from the manager and a phone call from the receptionist. Still no discount and the manager told me to go through my insurance. With $1,000 deductible, I had no intention of doing this. But I also had to replace my neighbours' trees.
On top of this, Goliath ordered in snow guards without asking me. I didn't authorize them to do that, and I didn't tell them that I wanted to hire them for the job.
I was in customer service for 8 years and if I had ever treated a customer with such disrespect, I would have been fired. I will never deal with Goliath Roofing again.
