DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Driver didn’t have me sign the tow authorization, or fill out any paperwork. He had my tow hitch grinding on the pavement for over an hour and a half drive and he only put the safety chains on after 40 minutes. There was damage done to my tie rod end, it now needs to be replaced and my 3 week old tires have uneven wear now.

Kevin was very helpful and kind. They called me about 10 minutes before ride arrived and I explained to them that it wasn’t a serious break down. Kevin towed my truck and was very kind to spend a few minutes putting a bolt back in for the shifter cable and I was back on the road.

Really? Called to get some basic information and to inform them their "contact us" feature on their website doesn't work and got some snarky goof who couldnt keep a job in fast food with that customer service. Basic telephone decorum would be a good place to start training staff in charge of customer service.

I was in a real bind this week. I was in Clearwater Bay visiting friends when my vehicle decided to stop working. Godbout arrived quickly & delivered my car to a dealership in Kenora (brutal dealership and enough so, that I had to pull it from them and have it towed back to Winnipeg). Enter Godbout again.
But now I had to figure out how to return my friends borrowed vehicle back to Clearwater Bay.
Anna called me and offered to load that vehicle onto their flatbed after my car was offloaded in Winnipeg. What Who does that Anna and her crew. That’s who. It came with a fee but it was incredibly reasonable. It was very clear they were wanting to help someone out. And they jumped on it immediately!
The first driver Laird, was amazing. The driver who brought my car to Winnipeg and then loaded up my borrowed vehicle, was Paul. He was an incredible human too.
It was one of the best experiences I’ve had. And knowing they truly want to help complete strangers out is so very refreshing. They got me out of a real bind!!!

Had troubles with my truck at 10pm a few nights ago. Tow truck arrived within 15 minutes and had it loaded up and off to the Mechanics lot within 5 minutes. The Driver/Technician was knowledgeable, quick and friendly.

Flat in-town rate regardless of the time of day. Well priced.

The person answering the company phone was less than helpful. The truck operator KEVIN was fantastic. Very professional. Very friendly. Very personable. He did a great job loading and moving my trailer and golf cart to the marina. THANK YOU KEVIN!!

Big SHOUT OUT to Godbout for getting me out of a frustrating jam!! My truck stalled and then I absent-mindedly locked myself out. I called and they were there in 10 minutes!! Very friendly and a reasonable price. So happy, would recommend to anyone!!
