I had a great experience working with Parag. They helped me come up with a great design for my 700 sq feet large basement, taking care of all our needs, and working with the restrictions. We got the services of GM Global Construction for our legal basement unit permit. Our project was very long and had many hurdles along the way but Parag sir provided full support and guidance from start to end. He is very sincere and supportive. He always took time to take our calls and provide guidance throughout the whole process. We hired the services of Parag and GM global for our legal basement permit and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with Parag's professional behavior, his subject knowledge and his commitment to deliver. Even during this pandemic , Parag accommodated our requests to visit the site multiple times, spent time with us in understanding our requirements and did constant follow ups with the city office to check the progress on our permit application. I would definitely recommend GM global to people who are looking for hassle-free professional services.

Parag is a great guy to work with. He helped and guided me right from the time of securing a permit for a legal 2 dwelling basement unit and till the time of getting my final occupancy and registration certificate. Even though the project was delayed by 2 years, he was available all the time to answering questions, advising of revised permits, personally visiting the site to guide me. The great thing about him is that he always answers the phone or calls back and that in itself for me was a deal clincher. I highly recommend his services.
