Horrible Install Job / Horrible Customer Service - AVOID!

His slogan is “We supply it, we install it, we repair it” – Must be a joke because he refuses to repair anything. We hired Glass Shop on Wheels as the contractor to supply and install all our new windows and doors in our home. We are now THREE months past when the windows & doors were delivered and have an excessive amount of outstanding deficiencies that have yet to be completed. In fact, Wes has refused to return to our home to fix these items.

We have cracked glass in our living room, a hole in our front door that his installer drilled improperly, uneven windows on the front of our house, unlevel windows, incorrect basement glass installed, scratches and damages due to install, broken trim, missing siding, crooked doors ...THE LIST GOES ON!

He said many things on site to reassure us that things would be taken care of and I can tell you that he IS NOT a man of his word. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

We are so disappointed that we are left to take care of these outstanding issues on our own time and our own dime. He has left our family in tears on many occasions.

Avoid the stress, avoid the disappointment, avoid fighting with him. Hire someone else!

I was driving through Barrhead and on the way I got a big rock chip that I thought was gonna spread. It was 5:30 on a Friday and I called and he was returning from a job and said he would meet me at fort Assiniboine fas has. What great customer service he went above and beyond to help me out. Fixed the small chip/crack in like five minutes and I was on my way again.
