Selling a home can be a complicated process, made even more challenging during a global pandemic. The support, guidance and advice we received from Gia Paccione-Johnson and Giordano Paccione led to the successful sale of our home.

My brother and I had never sold a home before. This home was a home I co-owned with my late mother. She left her half to both my brother and I. This property came with lots of emotions and selling it was a hard.From start to finish, Gia and Giordano did whatever they could to help. When looking for a Realtor , there was no doubt in my mind that Team Paccione having an excellent reputation as a Realtor, would be the place to turn to.

There were many emails and private messages exchanged in which this team patiently answered our questions and allayed our concerns.

After the initial showing of the home to Team Paccione , Gia came back to my house and we had a candid conversation about the price we wanted. Doing my own research and knowing what the homes were selling for in the area , I had already told my brother a target price . Gia was honest , no hidden surprises and upfront about all costs that would be incurred as a seller. Although I have known Gia for years through various online groups and interactions , meeting her in person for the first time was like seeing an old friend after many years. Like mother like son , Team Paccione work with integrity , honesty and do not look at you as a client but rather an extended part of their family.

As with any property, there are always details that need to be finalized—again, this team provided professional advice and workable solutions to some of the small concerns that live within any home.

The property was on the market for 3 days. A flurry of showings led to an above asking price offer, in which we accepted. In light of public health restrictions being lifted , Gia and Giordano made sure that masks and sanitizer was placed in the home for the visitor’s’ safety.

On behalf of our family, I would like to extend a huge and heartfelt thank-you to Gia Paccione-Johnson and Giordano Paccione. We are grateful for their hard work, professionalism, and strong knowledge of the housing market. We successfully navigated the process of selling a home.
