Gio Renovations renovated our master bathroom in July (2022).
As with all renovations a few small but necessary changes surfaced but these
were addressed quickly and the costs very reasonable.
Their design suggestions on Vanity selection, tub location, shower, flooring direction,
and tile selection were all welcomed and added to the final look.
The project was started on time (no small feat during these busy times...) and only took a few extra days as a result.
A few months later we remain very pleased with the final result and the overall cost when compared to other friends who recently had their bathroom renovated.
They were very personable, professional, and reno was completed to our satisfaction.
We have recommended Gio Renovations to a friend who is looking to renovate their bathroom.

From our first contact until our final work, Gio Renovations consistently showed up on time and when promised. The initial estimate for the job was fair and reasonable. Amendments to the original quote (for preference, functionality, or customisation) were considered and fairly evaluated. Milestone payments were reasonable and based on goods and services delivered, or when major materials were ordered. The plan ultimately delivered a significantly more functional kitchen. The work was completed in a timely manner, with delays attributable to lags associated with normal city administration issues related to inspection and permits. Cabinet materials sourced by the contractor are good quality, with other fixtures and materials selected by the customer and sourced by the contractor. Chad and John were very professional, responsive, and easy to deal with.

We just had our master bathroom totally renovated by Gio Renovations and we couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. This was the 4th company we interviewed and we are glad that we went with Chad and his team.
The price was extremely fair compared to the other companies we spoke to and Chad was meticulous down to the littlest detail and obviously takes pride in his work. He gave us suggestions about what products to buy and where to go for the best deals.

They were very personable, responsive, and started the job 2 months earlier than anticipated, which was fantastic. They listened to our ideas, and gave suggestions as to deal with unexpected issues. Upfront about costs involved.

Several months later, we did not hesitate to contact Gio when we found a separate issue (unrelated to our bathroom renovation). Chad made a point to come investigate our problem at his earliest opportunity (next day in fact!), and fixed the issue (electrical) immediately.
