We’re first time home buyers, Bruce and Tanya made getting a home extremely efficient and extremely easy. There was very little for us to do besides dotting our I’s and crossing our t’s. We could contact and exchange information via email (we live an hour or so out and have busy work schedules). They were extremely accommodating (open on Saturdays during tax season/allowed us a last minute appointment). It’s always nerve wrecking to have someone look at every bit of our finances but Bruce made us feel comfortable and confident. Thank you guys!

Been coming here for a few years started off good first year then went down hill fast , Extremely poor service, receptionist seems very rude , slow at getting returns back , caused a bunch of issues for me with cra for years and I had to do all the work myself to get back what was owed to me . Drive an hour to drop off papers and doors are locked hours before closing because they felt like leaving . Very unprofessional place of business . Went back to where I got my taxes done before and were done in an hour with me sitting at the desk and cheaper and they were able to get me more refund than this place has ever been able to . Really would recommend a place like H&R block over this place any day
