Had a great experience with G I Adams and our house turned out amazing. We thought building a house 1600 km away would have many challenges but with good communication with Charles and staff it was a non issue. Charles looked after the red tape involved with government agencies to get building permit. All we had to do is sign the building permit.
We started by giving Charles a plan that his draftsman worked with us to come up with the final. When a change was made the draftsman would send us back the change usually within a day and Charles would update the quote avoiding surprises at the end.
G I Adams is a family business that has been on the island forever. His network of tradespeople and contractors was amazing. They all did a great job and were good people. Unlike my home province of Ontario they took no short cuts on the stuff you can see and not see. Everything is rock solid. No squeaky stairs, floors etc.

Charles and the team at GI Adams were excellent to work with. They provided great contacts to help us get our property built in a frictionless process, and the workmanship was top notch. Additionally, any issues we had were taken care of to ensure a quality finished product. Overall communication was maintained through the whole project and the team of contractors were pleasant to work with.
