We needed a new kitchen, TV built in, and flooring/staircase. I got roughly 5-6 quotes, and of all of them Lupo from Get Reno left the best impression. He told me he might not be the cheapest quote, but he would be the most professional. Well he was almost the cheapest, but I hired him because he left the best impression. He sent over his contract which was very detailed and that made a good impression as well.
Lupo kept us updated throughout the project with photos and text updates. When he had staff shortages, he rolled up his sleeves and did the work himself.
We came back to a new house and we feel like the investment paid off.
Wr would use Lupo again.

I would NOT recommend this company for renovations. I stayed in a property they renovated and the workmanship was shoddy at best, dangerous at worst. The floors, doors, and shelves are all uneven, cabinets and wall fixtures are poorly secured and feel like they're going to fall apart at any moment. Big patches of badly patched, badly painted drywall all over the place. There is an inch-wide gap at the back door letting in cold air, with no deadbolt to keep the door securely locked!

It feels like the place was renovated to look trendy and cool for instagram promotions, without any consideration for making it safe or durable.

Get Reno renovated a 2nd floor washroom for me and they were on time and on budget. I have had some bad experiences with contractors in the past, and did not believe it was possible to get the level of service I received from Get Reno. They provided an estimate with a written contract and left it with me to review and didn’t pressure me. They discussed the reasons for the renovation with me and asked me my preferences. They provided a clear breakdown of all costs and kept all the suggested material below the allocated allowance, because I expressed that was important to me. They said the renovation would take 3 weeks. They worked in my home for a total of 14 business days.

The main contractor Rueben was phenomenal! At the end of the first day, he made sure I had his phone number in case there were any issues and told me that NO other workers would every come to my home unless he informed me first, so I should never let in anyone who claimed to be with the crew or “just picking up something.” I was blown away! I have never experience such professionalism and respect for my home and safety from a contractor. At the end of each day, Rueben would show me the work he had completed that day, and told me what he planned to work on the next day and confirmed what time to expect him to return. He always left his workspace clean and neat, and when he wasn’t working, you couldn’t tell there was a renovation in progress.

But the most important thing is that my new bathroom is BEAUTIFUL. The level of workmanship far exceeds all my expectations. I can’t find a single defect in any of the work. They fixed cracks in the wall, an uneven floor, mold in the shower, and questionable electrical. They put in details I was not expecting like putting the lights on 2 separate switches and a shampoo shelf in the shower. I was am so impressed with the attention to detail. The bathroom looks like it belongs in a show home, and we absolutely love it!

Lupo and Rueben were so easy to work with. They answered all of my questions, checked in with me often, and were always so pleasant to every member of my family. I have already recommended Get Reno to everyone I know who is considering work in their home, and I personally with never hire any other contractor as long at Get Reno is available

The biggest regret in my life was hiring Get Reno. Our level of frustration continues to break new records as we keep finding more things wrong with the things his team has touched in the last half a year or so.

We have already lost tens of thousands of dollars needing to hire a new contractor to fix the obvious mistakes and to carry on where he left midway through our renovations due to lack of funds (aka he squandered our payments).

But even now, we are experiencing gaps in silicone caulking for our shower, sloppy baseboards, unfilled dents, misaligned plumping/faucets, the list goes on. Please don’t make the same mistake we did!!

Lupo and his crew performed home modifications at our place. These included cutting openings in two floors and reinforcing them. All work was done to exacting standard of workmanship. Lupo is very attentive and friendly and has excellent communication skills.

We had some work done about a year ago from the Get Reno team, and I have to say their work was exceptional! They were on time and very communicative. The work we had completed was a glass shower renovation, and a basement separation (section off). The work was completed in a timely manor and Lupo and his team were great right from the start! Recently we had some issues with the lighting in our shower, and Lupo was quick to act and have someone out to fix the issue ASAP! Very happy with the work ethic and company morale! I would definitely highly recommend Get Reno for your home renovation needs!

We are currently doing a renovation at our house with GetReno. So far Lupo and his team has been amazing. The process is looking great. Currently, they are working on the basement and got rid of our ugly wood panels. The kitchen and laundry are looking beautiful. We cannot wait for the final results. Lupo is great and efficient and available all the time. He always follows up on the daily basis. Doing a reno during this pandemic is not easy but Lupo assured, him and his team follow all the safety precautions.
Keep up the great work! We cannot wait when everything is done.
