I purchased a gift for my husband from this company for a bi-plane experience. The gift certificate cost $400. Shortly after they decided not to run the bi-plans program. I called a year ago and was told we could call back when it was running. The museum told us it is running but when I called a man named ‘Don’ told me it was not. I asked for a refund but they said it’s not refundable. I am not sure how you cannot refund someone for a service they can no longer provide. Don would not give me anyone else’s number there. $400 was a huge gift for my husbands 50th something special. Now I am just out that money with nothing.

The best flight school in Edmonton area. Recommend for students for training. Nice people, ambience and plane !!!!!!!

I went here three times to evaluate them for my flight training, following recommendation from a friend. The building seems well-kept and friendly. On my first visit, I was greeted, offered a coffee, and the CFI and I worked out a plan for my training. I spent a year saving some money, and came back to find that the management had changed. On my return visit, the staff member seemed uninterested in talking to me, so I came back a second time, but nobody was there. At my friend's urging, I returned a third time, and met Kirk, one of the flight instructors, who was very happy to offer me a tour, and spend time discussing my flight training options. I hesitated because of the two previous discouraging visits, and have since moved out of province. The airport seemed nice, and at least they have one staff member who wants to build a good reputation for the company.
