I used Gem for a bathroom and main floor renovation (updated casings, paint, flooring, ect) and the level of service they have is unmatched. Right from the design and consultation phase , Amanda was responsive and clearly communicated what the next steps were in the process. The whole crew was pleasant and very tidy during the construction phase and handled typical contruction speedbumps like true professionals. I always knew what was happening daily and appreciated the open communication.
From start to finish, Gem exceeded expectations at every turn.
