We hired G1000 to underpin the crawl space of our home. This is a very complex project so we took our time to find the right company to do the job and he was highly recommended. We are so happy we chose G1000. It was an amazing experience and would highly recommend G1000 to anyone doing underpinning or any concrete work. As an expert in project management, with 25+years of experience, I can say that this project was well planned and efficiently executed. Gemil’s communication skills are fantastic. He always made the time to speak to us. This was our first project that required a city permit and many inspections, so we had a lot of questions. I would definitely recommend G1000 for their extensive knowledge, quality work, and superb communication! From the initial site visit to the finishing touches, Gemil was always available to answer any questions and give honest advice about the project - going above and beyond what was expected. We had lots of cracks in our foundation and serious settling in our floors, and since the repairs we’ve had several heavy downpours and not a drop in sight! Contractors don’t have the best reputation, but you can put your mind at ease when dealing with Gemil and G1000.

Good communications with Gemil. He listens to the customer, provides honest advice (I learned that he was formerly a home inspector, and it shows), a fair price and he follows through on timelines. He also remained involved from start to finish which is a big plus when hiring a contractor. I am very happy with the work.
