I had a great experience at Frontrunners. The first guy to help me brought out an array of shoes that were within my price range and would fit my purposes. The second guy price matched the shoes to the original shoe maker website which I was genuinely not expecting and meant a lot to me because my budget is very tight. Thankyou Frontrunners!

Went to buy new runners. Staff was very friendly (so was the store dog!) and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a pair, made sure they fit correctly, and even directed me to a pair that was on sale. It was clear they care about their customers and are not just about the money. Best footwear store we’ve ever been in. Staff really know their stuff and are unfailingly cheerful and charming. Found me the best & most comfortable running shoes I’ve ever owned – I now have 3 pairs! Special ordered a shoe for my wife and they actually called to let us know it was delayed in shipping and wouldn’t arrive for a few extra days! Outstanding in every way.

Great service, love the knowledge. Only three stars because the lady kept upselling me shoes I didn't physically have money for and she knew because I told her. I am a student on a budget who needs a stress outlet in running. She went to the back promising to bring back sale items, came back with even more expensive shoes and didn't mention it. Had to ask about the price of each and every shoe she brought out or squint and read the box myself. I understand she wants the best for her customers, but she should be upfront about it.
