Images show how they left our home. Very unprofessional and poor service. Owner of company didn’t have tools required for drywall instillation or mudding. Someone in their crew made off with another contractors equipment. We had specifically requested that drywall be ready for paint, yet we were left with a weeks worth of delays, excuses, and another week of wasted time personally repairing the holes, exposed screws, mudding and crack filling the many careless errors and omissions. Garbage was left all over. Job was not done on time. Owner was upset I wanted to pay with credit or debit and demanded cash. They refused credit or debit, and accused us of being “sketchy” for wanting a receipt. We were promised a cleaned room, ready to take paint. Instead we got more work, less money in our pockets, and a business owner who blocked my number after I asked if they could help remedy this. Would NOT recommend.

Great Service, Clean, and On-Time. They had a hard task, but that didn't stop them. Bedroom looks fantastic, met the deadline that was set. Professional staff, and very understanding. How many companies clean up after their job? Well, don't worry about the mess, they clean up after themselves. Would recommend Definitive Drywall to everyone. Thank you! 🙂
