Received a bogus invoice for $494 2.5 years after a 20 minute visit to determine whether there was a wall that was safe to remove for a kitchen reno.
Invoice was dated 2 days prior to the visit even taking place, and mysteriously appears 28 months later, threats of collections by rude administrative staff to top it off.
Definitely would not recommend this business to anyone.

We were recommended to this firm from a builder that used them in the past. It would appear that this firm is under new management that is not concerned with any repeat business.

We were building a small cabin on concrete piers and this company had done the engineering for the same structure in the past. They made us use over double the number of piers as the previous buildings used. With much larger piers and steel involved. This greatly increases our costs. Our contractors and building inspectors all commented on the excessive requirements. They were unwilling to readdress this issue. It would seem that they are interested in over engineering no matter the costs involved or resources wasted.

They sent out their inspection person to the property and a neighboring property my contractor was building - same cabin model. They charged us each $600 for travel costs for the single trip, which is an hour outside of their office.

Their fees are higher than standard and the materials we had to use cost us extra. I was disappointed with the experience.
