Fraser North Contracting replaced my bedroom flooring and redid the door frames/baseboards to update the room.
Dylan was right on all communications and willing to adjust plans according to my additional requests. Unlike other construction companies I have dealt with, Dylan treats all jobs as a priority whether yours is a big or small one.

I am very happy with the quality of work and finishings and plan to use Fraser North Construction again in the future.

Not only did they handle the installation with care and precision, but they also went above and beyond by sourcing a specialty window that fit our needs perfectly and saved us money in the process by avoiding having to cut the foundation of our home. They also involved structural engineers during the process to meet the requirements from the city inspectors. They were professional, on time, and communicative throughout the entire project. When there was more damage than expected, they worked with us to make a new plan and were on top of what needed to be done. What started out as a basic backyard fence job, progressed into soffit replacement and eventually installing a 30 ft ridge beam. We were referred to Dylan by a friend to replace our fence which was literally held up by bungee cords. Dylan walked me through the process from material sourcing to build without the pushy sales pitch. We went ahead and the fence was up in 4 days. Our neighbor, who is a retired builder commented on the high quality of construction with the posts and fence. We couldn't agree more, it was sturdy and so we went ahead with Dylan to replace most of our cedar soffits.
We were nearing completion to renovate our home, but had a 2x15 ft ridge beam still sitting in our garage. Our contractor was waffling on how to install it and that's when Dylan stepped in. We were very impressed and blown away the 30 foot beam was professionally and seamlessly installed in a day.
Dylan is a professional carpenter who's a proven expert with wood related construction. What we appreciate with Dylan is he ensures you are well informed with what is required. Thanks Dylan for making our home more comfortable!

Dylan and his crew were professional, had great communication and listened to my ideas and last minute changes. They had to install a very difficult tv mount and niche to work with our Samsung frame tv and made it all work beautifully. After having multiple bad experiences with previous contractors, we were really nervous about hiring someone new to fix the poorly done and unfinished work. However, we are so extremely grateful to have found Fraser North Contracting. From the start Dylan was realistic, reassuring, and professional. He and his team did a great job fixing the mess the previous crew left behind and were creative in their solutions to make things look finished and great. While fixing one of the doors, they found more rot than expected. Their thoroughness in investigating the matter revealed a much larger emergency situation that the previous contractors neglected to make us aware of. Despite the drastic change in scope, Fraser North Contracting was able to handle it all quickly, efficiently, and exactly on schedule.

During this whole ordeal Dylan was able to clearly explain everything, show us what the problems were, and how they should be resolved. He was onsite every day and always made sure to check in with us at the end of each day and whenever he needed to go offsite. Everyone in the crew was professional, did excellent work, and were just so nice overall. After having so many negative experiences with contractors, it was a real pleasure and a huge relief to have such an excellent team come and work on our home. We will definitely be calling them for all our future renovations and highly recommend them!
