We would like to thank Peter Russell and his Team of Tradespeople for making our home that was built in 1942 so beautiful. Peter has a vision of your home when he first walks through the front door. It is truly a talent. Peter and his Team took my weirdness and my uniqueness and ran with it. Throughout the whole renovation, we had many conversations of what would look amazing and everything turned out to be better than expected. I have done work with Four Elements as a subtrade for years. They are an ideal customer. The work sites are always clean, tidy, and ready. My crews are always thankful of this.

Cannot say enough good things about Peter, Joseph, Andrew, and Braeden. They are a responsive, organized bunch. We appreciate the work we have done and look forward to many years working together.

I would also like to mention that in all of the years we have been working together, they have never once been late on paying an invoice.

I know these things are not directly related to the customer experience, but I feel happy trades can create wonderful results for the end user.
