I reached out to FW by Moe in early March for a quote. Dave came to see me and walked me through the process. He was informed and had an answer to every one of my concerns.

Their price was as expected - fair and honest, and not extreme like the other companies that quoted me.

They showed up within the next 2 weeks to start. As work progressed, issues that came up were discussed, and adjustments made. Only 1 unexpected item was uncovered that required additional payment, however that was also fair, and the work was done properly.

Pictures show unfinished brick, but I opted to do that myself - it's not unfinished work by FW by Moe!!.

From start to finish, my entire house was excavated and waterproofed, with new weeper & brand new sump pump & pit, in 7 days. Any mess was cleaned up, with minimal impact to my property, every member of the crew was friendly and accommodating, and even the owner Moe was on site who was very pleasant to talk to. You can tell just from talking with them that FW by Moe is a family run company, looking out for the local residents, and still working based on trust and honesty. Not something you find a lot these days.

I will recommend FW by Moe to everyone I know who has the same issues.

Next to zero water pressure in house City deemed it owners responsibility. Gave us 14 days to repair. Called couple companies as city suggested. 2 pulled no shows for the initial estimate and another wanted more than what the City would have charged. Then there was Moe.. I called and within hours I had an impressive estimate. Once given the green light within days the locates were done and the work was started. His crew was polite, professional and very pleasant. The job was completed and passed inspection within 24 of the start time. And not only was the estimate impressive but the final numbers matched it to the cent!! Moe's staff were great, the work was great, the price was great and most of all Moe was great!! Now here's to hoping that 3 foot high mound stretching the entire length of the front yard settles quickly lol
